Expert Choice Announces Key Additions to the Web-Based Comparion™ Decision Suite

Improvements to the Comparion™ suite include two new products, faster performance, and increased data flexibility

Washington, DC (May 9, 2008) – Expert Choice, Inc. today announced the Spring 2008 update to the Comparion™ web-based prioritization and collaboration suite. Robust, yet easy to use, Comparion helps organizations of all sizes deliver transparent team decision-making, tight strategic alignment, and easy-to-communicate outcomes, resulting in critical organizational buy-in and improved execution. This update includes the launch of Comparion TeamTime™ and Comparion Core Self-Host, and well as significant feature improvements to Comparion Core, launched in January 2008.

TeamTime provides real-time participation in Comparion decision projects via web-browser interface or though voting keypads. Teams can now conduct structured prioritization exercises joining together team-members in a single room, multiple locations across the country, or the world. TeamTime functions allow the facilitator real-time control of the screen view for each participant, sharing of judgment entry, synthesis, and dynamic scenario analysis.

Comparion Core Self-Host provides organizations the ability to install the Comparion suite inside of their own IT architecture. Other enhancements in the Comparion Spring 2008 update include: improved analysis, enhanced use of quantitative information, and support for very large federated decisions. These functions and features build on Expert Choice’s well known responsiveness to customer requests and the flexibility of the company’s technology infrastructure.
